How it works.

When you send a RoboCall, Survey, Text, or RVM, Phone carriers often use “Carrier Filtering” or artificial intelligence and algorithms that mark phone numbers as spam and block the calls. HelloInbox solves carrier filtering by using a new functional and fully compliant phone number for every one of your outbound calls, texts, surveys and RVMs.

HelloInbox Features Include…

Avoid wasted money and Carrier Filtering by using HelloInbox. Fully functional FCC compliant phone numbers that get your message heard, while functioning just like a normal phone number. Upgrade your package at any time.

Frequently Asked Questions.

Can I purchase a number that matches my area code?

Of course! One of the most important pillars of HelloInbox is allowing your number to seamlessly join in on your marketing efforts. This means not confusing voters with an out-of-state number.

There is limited availability of area codes. In high population areas, sometimes we find that no area codes are available for purchase. In cases like this, we recommend searching for something in the same locality. For example: 305 in Miami is almost completely full. In this case, we would recommend purchasing a different Miami area code, such as 786.

How does the price and billing work?

HelloInbox pricing is tiered based on the subscription plan that you choose. The better the plan, the more features you unlock! Subscriptions are available monthly or annually, with the ability to cancel at any time.

How long does it take to get setup?

Using our Self-Service platform, you can create an account and purchase a new phone number in less than 5 minutes! If you have any questions along the way, you can reach out to our support staff at [email protected]

Can I use my HelloInbox Number to contact voters with outbound messages?

Absolutely! The main benefit of HelloInbox is to be able to send your Outbound Messages through RoboCent while “masking” your real number. Instead of your home, cell, office, or campaign line ringing off the hook, we instead route all inbound calls, texts, and voicemails to your Virtual HelloInbox account for easy management!

What happens to inbound messages I receive after I've hit the maximum at my subscription level?

HelloInbox will still work like normal, but you will no longer be able to see any new messages. We will still receive and save the messages sent to your HelloInbox number, but they will be locked unless you upgrade your subscription to a better plan. The total number of messages that have been received and are being hidden will be shown in your account, allowing you to determine when to upgrade.

Do you offer bulk discounts if I want to purchase dozens of number?

Absolutely! Once your subscription total reaches $500 per month, you are eligible for a 20% savings on all future phone subscriptions!

Is there a limit to how many HelloInbox Phone Numbers I can own?

There is no limit! You can use multiple HelloInbox numbers for several different organizations and will never have to worry about hitting a limit.

Does HelloInbox allow refunds?
RoboCent has a No Refund Policy on HelloInbox Phone Numbers. More info available at Cancellation and Refund Policy

Should you file a credit card or debit card chargeback, you agree to reimburse RoboCent for any costs incurred in researching and responding to such chargeback, including without limitation, attorney’s fees and other costs paid to the credit card processor or our banks. You further agree that RoboCent may add these amounts to the original amount of your order, and that this total amount will then be immediately due and payable. RoboCent reserves the right to report a threatened or actual chargeback incident for inclusion in chargeback abuser database(s) of our choosing and in our sole discretion.

What is Carrier Filtering?

Carrier Filtering is a technique used by the carriers (think Verizon, Century Link, AT&T) that blocks sending from phone numbers that they think are spam. While political messages are not spam and are completely legal (when properly utilized) the carriers are typically identifying and blocking these messages.

Learn More About Carrier Filtering

Carrier Filtering can happen in as quickly as 24 hours with as few as 2,000 outbound dials. In addition, there are multiple services that also block automated calls that are working as a second layer on top of Carrier Filtering. RoboKiller and NomoRobo are great services that also work to block messages they think are spam.

It’s important to remember that Carrier Filtering is a good thing. We want carriers and apps like those mentioned above to automatically identify spam, scams, and marketing calls so our phones ring less with annoying ads. No one should be upset about Carrier Filtering except for those that are already breaking the law regarding FCC requirements on pre-recorded messages.

Using HelloInbox will both increase the success rates and deliverability on outbound messages. By frequently rotating the outbound phone number used on calls and voicemail drops, we can successfully improve our chances of avoiding Carrier Filtering.
